On-line Spare Parts Ordering System
Terry Lifts are part of Lift and Escalator Industry Association (LEIA) which is the trade association and advisory body for the lift and escalator industry. Any company that is a member of LEIA can service and repair a platform lift from Terry Lifts.

For obvious reasons, it is important that platform lifts are only serviced and repaired by qualified engineers and so only companies that are members of LEIA can register on the site and buy spare parts.

tHE TERRY SPARE PARTS WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK. Their agents in the SW (Dolphin) have said that the remore receiver and up/down switch is defective and there is a problem with parts. I am trying to find out why and if there are spares what will they cost.
